At least it was party crashers this time, and not someone who wanted to actually harm someone.

The Secret Service won't make this mistake again, and no one was harmed.

I agree, I think they need more people in the job to protect the President. I mean they are already underfunded thought to break of loosing people.

My favorite part is how Desiree Rogers is refusing to testify based on executive privledge. And the crashing couple said they where invited at one point. This whole scenario is odd.

We may yet see Ms. Rogers quietly giving up her post. So far the SS is being forced to take all the blame. But this thing was set up with the aide of Administration insiders.

I am curious as to how these crashers got passed the front gate.
 
The Salahi's are going to face a world of hurt if they are forced to testify before Congress. Do they lie to protect their source of access to the dinner? Do they divulge the truth, thereby embarassing the Administration? You gotta know if it is the latter, they will be confronted with a full Executive trashing.

This thing could get "really good" if the press does its job.
 
I think they were let in becasue they're white. Should it have been an Arab Muslim couple, would they be permitted in if not on the guest list?

Pure opinion. This thing is all Desiree Rogers, thanks to the people who hired her. We will find out Rogers is self-motivated and infatuated and accommodating to celebrity, such as television producers. As well, the SS at the check points was over-ruled and now forced to take the major blame.

of course i have. but i think it's a stretch to believe rogers was infatuated with some bravo producers when she actually works for the real rock stars.

there is no proof of what you are asserting.

Why is the Wh blocking what's-her-butt's testimony before Congress? Shouldn't be anything to worry about. Right?

No proof...yet! But there are signs that her decisions created the environment to make it happen.

Afterall, who here actually believes the SS is going to allow people with improper documents to pass through? These guys are not rookie trainees. But they will keep their mouths shut when they are required to.

Maybe she did and that's the whole point. It appears that she allowed them access into the event without going through the proper procedure. That's the way it appears, anyway. It makes sense that that is the case, since PBO is blocking her testimony.

She made the decision to discontinue the previous system. She chose to be a guest rather than a staff member. And the big one, the Admin is denying access to her testimony.

It is so easy to just say the SS went brain-dead and ignored the most basic elements of its training. So let's just leave it at that.:confused:

it doesn't make sense. if that were the case, why the hubbub? who would care, if they were on the list?
