Rising unemployment taxes could hinder hiring

Here is the discrepancy: say there are x amount of total firms employing within the US; i would be perfectly willing to accept that 98% of the aggregate are smaller scaled businesses.

However, the remaining 2% do not earn 2% (or even anything remotely close) to the the real GDP.

Oh, I get what you're saying now. So where were you going with that? Small businesses are still the cornerstone of our economy, amirite?

Correct. Gains in small business productivity have quite the positive effect on standard of living.

Nah. Nobody would be able to exploit a country with copious citizens that are unemployed, bankrupt, and losing their homes. I mean really guys who would be able to use that to manipulate them into accepting more government control.....:roll: seriously .....
