No, the constitution is an owners manual, it tells the federal government what it cannot do to its citizens, and what it must do on their behalf.

That button is a disgrace. Palin is NOT Reagan, she is NOTHING like Reagan, and her use of his image by Palin is UNACCEPTABLE.
