One year on, Obama cites struggle with Bush legacy

War on Terror - has been a total disaster. Starting a war that we had no business in?

Right, we had no business with terrorism, the twin towers collapsed on their own free will

Though to be fair I have no idea why he put the economic bailouts up there.

Because it would be idiotic to leave out a lot that can morph into something historians look at in future generations.

I'm sorry if you don't agree, but I put anything that thus far has been major, and allowed the possibility for on one end, for it to be measured as a success, and on the other end, for it to be judged a failure.

I was not one who liked the Bush administration, but I am not going to be a partisan hack when it comes to these matters. Sorry, folks.

Are you still buying that Bush/Cheney line that Iraq was involved with 911:shock::shock::shock:

Don't change the topic. He said the War on Terror, he didn't say anything about Iraq.

But the administration approached the War on Terror by thinking of Iraq as a problem with regard to it. So, I wrap Iraq in with the War on Terror, despite any objections liberals or conservatives have with that, because that is how the side that eventually won the debate within the administration itself attacked the problem.

None of the people you mentioned left their successor with a United States that was in bad shape as it is now.
Reagan had a hell'va time with the disaster of Carter's 4 years of misery.
