So why was Robert Melia charged with animal cruelty, and why was the case dropped? He was arrested for sticking his penis into the mouths of baby cows, but since New Jersey does not have any law against beastiality, he was charged with animal cruelty instead. The judge, when rendering his decision, stated that he could not read the minds of cows, and so there was no way he could tell if the cows were being tortured, or if they actually enjoyed it. Case dismissed.

But this is not the end of Melia's troubles. He is also accused of child molestation, and child porn was also found on his computer. I hope he goes away for a long time, in a place where Bubba the Butt Bandit takes him under his wing, and rapes him every day. As for his getting away with having sex with cows, consider where it happened - New Jersey.

Article is here.

Note:

q. What is the difference between a pile of garbage and a girl from New Jersey?

a. I'd rather take out the garbage, but I'll take the girl over a cow any day of the week. Better yet, I'll take neither.

Hmmm...it's always child porn. Makes you wonder what exactly counts. I wouldn't have said animal-cruelty for the cow thing...though it's disturbing. But it's funny how there's always some "child porn" lurking in the shadows there.

Animals and 1's and 0's on your computer are your property, in a free country there would be no arbitrary restrictions on what you can do with them.

Are kids also your property, where you are allowed to do whatever you want with them too?

They aren't? I was selling them....is that wrong?

My only concern about the "child porn" thing is that it seems like the cops can always whip that one out. So it makes me wonder if so many people are actually in possession of actual child porn, if the definition of child porn is very vague and encompassing, or if you do something the police don't like and they can't really do anything to you that you'll all of a sudden find yourself in possession of child porn. Nobody questions it, so it's easy to abuse by the authority.

But he was molesting kids too, and is charged with several counts.

I was wondering how they caught him and knew he did it specifically to 5 animals. Did someone stand there watching and counting?

Nope, dude made a video.

bwhahahahaaha

What a deviant freak. He's going away for molesting kids anyway.

During a bizarre hearing there yesterday, a Superior Court judge dismissed animal-cruelty charges against a Moorestown police officer accused of sticking his penis into the mouths of five calves in rural Southampton in 2006, claiming a grand jury couldn't infer whether the cows had been "tormented" or "puzzled" by the situation or even irritated that they'd been duped out of a meal.

"If the cow had the cognitive ability to form thought and speak, would it say, 'Where's the milk? I'm not getting any milk,' " Judge James J. Morley asked.

Children, Morley said, seemed "comforted" when given pacifiers, but there's no way to know what bovine minds thought of Robert Melia Jr. substituting his member for a cow's teat.

"They [children] enjoy the act of suckling," the judge said. "Cows may be of a different disposition."

Burlington County Assistant County Prosecutor Kevin Morgan was certainly irritated by the ruling, claiming the grand jury didn't see the videos of the alleged incident, including one in which one hungry calf allegedly head-butts Melia in the stomach.

Liblady is a violent fanatic who wants to kidnap other people's children, or prevent them from being born outright.

Exactly, what is "child porn?" The term is so vague and society is so hell bent on witch hunts...

Parents Charged As Sex Offenders After Bath Time Pictures Of Kids Developed At Wal-Mart | Say Anything: North Dakota's Most Popular Political Blog

What parent DOESN'T have at least one bath time photo of their child? Does that mean we're ALL producing child pornography?

OMG When I was little i used to run from drying off after a shower to the front of the fireplace and stand there naked so I could get warm, I was a little kid, it's child porn OMG How could my parents sit in the living room with me doing that OMG get out the pitchforks! :doh

The charges have been dropped so this thread is mooooooooooooooooo-t. :2razz:

A number of years ago I googled "flower delivery" or something similar. I clicked a site a few down the list and was shocked to find I was not looking at flowers but instead at child porn. I reported the link to the local authorities (never went back to see if it was removed) but it just shows that innocent people could be criminalized and labeled a sex offender. From my understanding unless you go out of your way to remove and permanently erase such things that traces can still be potentially found for the life of your hard drive.
