Tens of thousands attend broad protest of government in nation's capital

Hmmmm my experience has been different.
Every KKK'er I've met over here....scratch that......about 9 out of 10 KKK'ers I know around here swing exclusively Democrat in their support and their voting, Even that POS David Duke who switched later to Republican was in fact in the Democrat camp during those famous years of his.

Just read through all (meaning most) of what I missed since yesterday. Man, there is some serious denial going on here. Estimates are from 60-70K to 2M. Tell ya what. Let's split the difference.

What a hell of a demonstration by working stiffs!!

I personally like the university scientific analysis which is one of the highest estimates. Anyone who can look at the pictures, especially the aerials, and come up with 60-70K has a serious perceptial problem verging on delusions and should definately consider therapy.

ahhhhhhahahahaaahhh just stop. Funny delusion going on here.

Yuppers, they did. But they weren't southern republicans. Southern republicans were born of Dixiecrat racisists.

And, funniest damn thing. The republicans of the kind that voted for the civil rights act have NOTHING in common with the party in office now.
Neither do the Democrats of the time.

Come on! Knock that crap off.

You're talking about southern democrats in the 1950's and 60's.

The KKK is not associated with any mainstream political lean. So just take that logic and file it under 'nice try' pal.

And the right is not associated with the KKK or racists either.

Why didn't you reserve you tantrum for Jackalope since he's the one that brought up the KKK to begin with????

Selective outrage?

I guess you guys missed the november elections?

... or you just don't like the results? :doh

We don't like the results.... that's why a million plus people showed up in Washington DC. Saturday.... please try to keep up.

why are the protestors all white, if they truly are a grassroots movement? thanks.

Probably for the same reason 96% of the Black population voted for Obama.

I'm sorry -- I wasnt aware that election results meant the end to dissent against those that won.

Did you hold this position in 2000, 2002 and 2004?

where are the confederate flags, and the "undocumented worker" signs?

btw.....healthcare reform hasn't killed thousands of our men and women.

Yet.......

Obligatory video time.

I think the point they may be trying to get across in it is "underestimating".

Sorry if I'm being repetitive here, since I have not had time to scroll through the last 25 pages of this thread to see if this has been posted. However, I just wanted to post this link for those are too naive, uninformed, stupid, stubborn, or proud to admit that this was a huge protest! The biased and misguided mainstream media would rather throw all these people under the bus... and it shows by their recent ratings! I have read numerous accounts from participants who spoke to policemen who estimated it to be over a million based on estimates of past events. Seeing is believing... except for those who are too blind to see!

Check out this link:
SEEING IS BELIEVING

Sad thing is, a lot of these people haven't a clue what they are protesting:
