Not really..........I'm retired now so I have plenty of time to keep up with the mental gymnastics I enjoy here & I leave when I have things to do or when I get bored from the utter lack of debate challenge I occasionally find......Like now.:lol:

Yes there is a logical fallacy in your question I bolded it in the last post you had made. You made the assumption that a terrorist attack would be found to be stopped because of Bush torture programs. Again your question was assuming that B happened because of A. Correlation does not make causation

Then why hasn't the Obama administration prosecuted them, or even mentioned the possibility of it? I mean, since it's SO OBVIOUS that Bush et. al. lied about WMD then why aren't any "neo-cons" sitting before a jury? Or at least a committee? Hell, even a government tape recorder?

Bush & Co. MISREAD the WMD intel, as did a vast majority of the world's agencies and institutions. The presentation Colin Powell gave to the UN was a summation of the BEST INTEL AVAILABLE AT THE TIME. The conclusion they reached based upon that intel was indeed erroneous but that does not mean they were lying.

I got a question about Albright's quote in 1999 do you have the full quote? I notice its truncated by the elipses. Also you seem to not understand the context. Notice the gap between most of the quotes leading up to 1998 and 2001. There's a three year gap almost in the quotes. Did it mean somehow he just stopped being a threat? Also most of the quotes were before the 1998 december bombing of Iraq and the rest were during the buildup to the war. Most of the intelligence was only given to select members of congress and as shown by the NIE conflicting agencies gave different information contradicting the claims that Saddam had WMDs members of congress were not informed about those contradictions. Also both Condi and Powell stated in 2002 that Saddam was contained and had no WMDs. Were both of them lying then or after?

Believe me......I share you anger & outrage at the evil monsters who lied us into a war & then turned our country into a 3rd world torture state.
The problem is that they left such a mess that Obama finds little time to devote to tracking these monsters down but............With the new CIA investigations (backed by A. Gonzales).....Things are finally starting & will snowball into the investigations........Prosecutions........& incarcerations that we both want so badly!
(Hang in there.......These things take time!):)

Its a hypothetical based on a post hoc ergo propter hoc. You're making an assumption based on another assumption being that somehow the torture program have stopped any plots when they haven't. Yes its a logical flaw. There's no point in answering the question considering its based on a logical fallacy.

That's made a hypothetical saying if if I punched your neighbor and it was shown that that stopped al-qaida from beheading you would you blame your wife for stopping me?

Just a nonsensical hypotethical much like your own.
