I'd say more calm attitude. I'd accept 20, even if I'd like it a little earlier, and a few more restrictions --- if this is your fifth abortion then you should not get one in general. Also I object to any taxpayer funding for most abortions, that is abhorrent and destroys any validity in the "free choice" reasonings. The US at least has that on us.I can deal with 20 ... just ...

Never would you get the likes of Tiller that is true and the main reason is that it is not such a controversial issue like US and therefore it seems you cannot have a logical, calm debate on abortion limits/laws in US without the crazies jumping in with emotion and ruining it allowing people like Tiller to make a appearance.
Maybe i should have said a more liberal attitude.
The point is that ends don't justify the means. States rights and judicial activism are important areas. Remember they could just as easily be used against you as for you.So horrible. States right.
Sometimes federal Govt. is right.
Didn't it enforce segregation as illegal over state rights? Civil rights etc.
