Report: Former President Clinton Heading to N. Korea for Talks on Jailed Journalists - Political News - FOXNews.com
SEOUL, South Korea -- A South Korean news agency says former President Bill Clinton is heading to North Korea to negotiate the release of two detained American journalists.
Yonhap news agency says Clinton is on his way to Pyongyang, citing an unidentified high-level source. Yonhap said Tuesday that when Clinton arrives he will enter negotiations to win the release of the reporters. It is not clear when he will arrive.
The reporters, Laura Ling and Euna Lee, were sentenced in June to 12 years of hard labor for entering the country illegally and engaging in "hostile acts."
This is wrong in so many ways I can't even begin to started. Mr. Clinton should decline and explain to Mr. Obama that we do not negotiate with North Korea untill they release the two American's Actually if Mr. Obama had a back bone he would have made it crystal clear to North Korea that htey have two choice release them or face Military Actions.
