The Obama administration is apparently "not ruling out the possibility of Russia joining NATO". I have to admit, im not of complete opposition to Obama and what he is doing, but this has to be the stupidiest thing an American administration has said for years. Russia has spent its entire modern existence controlling, fighting, and terrifying NATO and all that it stands for. And yet, the Obama administration "is not ruling out the possibility" of Russia joining its worst ever enemy; NATO. Are these people in fantasy land?

Russia will never join NATO. I believe Obama is just doing this for a good show of relations.

Liberals are as naive as the days is long if they want to celebrate this monumental mistake. Obama is a fool if he allows any potential enemy into NATO.
Why you Ask? Simple dummy. What better way to discover an opponents vulnerabilities than from the inside? Double Duh!
Their is and old Arab adage that says: "Keep your friends close - hold your enemies closer". But there are some logical limits to this unless your really stupid and naive in international relations and history. Obama is king in all areas involving his Amateurism which so far is everythiing. Get a grip Russia is not now nor will they ever be any friend to the west. I'm not talking about the average citizens of Russia. I'm talking about the ruling communist class and a staunch enemy of everything in the west Puttin, the real leader of Russia.
Enter into treaties if you must but do as President Reagan said "Trust, but Verify". NATO Is not a place for Russian soldiers to go looking around.

You have to be joking. I dislike most politicians, but Obama hasn't screwed up as badly as Bush did during his first half a yearish.

Because he, like Reagan, is considered a Great Man of the Republican party, despite the fact he is responsible for the genocide of innocent civilians in Cambodia. and elsewhere. Anyhow, I don't recall that Kissinger had any breakthrough moments with the USSR.

The quoted conversation with Putin demonstrates that he has an ability to deal with Putin as a professional with a professional, as an example. More of his thoughts on Russia can be googled to see that he has a professional and realistic, connected with reality approach. On other hand we have totally childish, uninformed and pardon my French totally moronic statements of the 99% majority jumping into this tread, so far making WillRockwell look like a genius in comparison. This overwhelming majority exactly represents the ‘’expertise’’ of Albright, Condi and Hillary - childish, uninformed, totally disconnected from reality and totally moronic – it gives a feeling like there has been some devilish spell put on the State Department after the Kissinger era. He does not even have to be great, everything we conceive we conceive in comparison. And there can be no comparison here.

Nevertheless, only a fool would claim that Hillary Clinton "doesn't have a brain".

As I said, I am more familiar with the language than you are, actually I am more familiar with 3 languages including the language of jokes. In all 3 languages Putin is absolutely correct - she sound like she has no brain.

On other hand Putin as well is fluent in 4 languages:
1. Russian
2.Soviet Russian
3. German
4. jokes


Hillary making a joke is a joke by itself, it is quite hilarious.

In all his 8 years presidency Bush screwed up as much as the liberal propaganda tells us, and in his 1st 6 months Obama did not have time to screw up anything as much as the liberal propaganda tells us.





















It is not like the liberal propaganda is ever connected to any reality.
 
Allowing Russia membership in NATO would make as much sense as putting Camodia's ambassador to the United Nations on the UN's human rights committee.

Where did I say that I liked Obama? I don't like any politicians regardless of what party they are affiliated with. I hate politics, end of story. I don't associate myself with any political party. And no I am not a communist or a liberal so don't give me that b-crap.

You have provided your judgement and comparision of Bush and Obama politics. You did. In Soviet Russian they learn to read between the lines. Nobody ever pays attention to what the lines say.

the US does not like Russia s o why will they join NATO? no good will come from this.
