You know, while I do have a problem with the death penalty for several reasons, the main one being that, occasionally, an innocent is executed, I don't really have a problem with it being applied here. Want to know why the attorney for Michael Delozier, the defendant, claimed he should not be put to death?
live die with the consequences of his actions. Sorry if this sounds harsh, but we all have moments in life where life kind of sucks for a while. But we don't go out and murder people when we are down, do we?
We are all responsible for the things we do in life, including this POS. Too bad he did not learn his lesson and show a little remorse for what he did, but right now, who gives a damn? The punk is dead. He surely will not be doing it again.

Looks like he went right to the death chamber denying he was responsible for his actions. Did his stepfather put a gun to his head and force him to murder those 2 campers? Of course not. He did the crime, and he will have toDuring the trial, defense attorneys argued that their client’s behavior was affected by a difficult childhood during which his stepfather trafficked methamphetamine and abused his children.
