Judge seeks $170B in forfeitures from Madoff, who awaits sentence - CNN.com

NEW YORK (CNN) -- As prosecutors asked to jail Bernard Madoff for 150 years, a U.S. District Court judge Friday entered a preliminary order calling on the convicted Ponzi schemer to forfeit more than $170 billion in assets, prosecutors announced.

So when do I get to sue the government for running the biggest Ponzi scheme the world has ever known: social security. When my SS investments are lost by those who forcefully take my money that I could invest better and safer elsewhere, where do I go for compensation?
