If a guy puts the moves on me, can I say he is "queer as blazes", or is that un-pc today?

How about a 70 year old man using queer as an adjective described above, cool, or un-pc?

Look, it's really like this...if its directed singularly at a person, then I don't see the problem. If it's painting with a broad brush, I find it a little offensive, but not really enough to even catch my attention.

If it's used in conjunction with a diatribe about how an entire group is this or that stereotype and the tone is clearly one of hatefulness and disdain for the whole group, I'm gonna take exception.

Bruno is funny as hell because he's like every gay stereotype made into a living cartoon. People that get pissed over cartoonish humor need to lighten the **** up.

Uh huh, so you are going the opinion route, and likely with a very selective sight (the 2000s). I was talking about skill and public utility for conservatives in government, in which he has had a long history for being a great go-to guy, as had his political overseer Rumsfeld had been.

Hilton is a poor writer with little professional clout and lacks the sense of public service.

Your comparison was moronic at best.

Both, actually. Blogging about celebrities made him a celebrity himself. And got him the invitation to judge the pageant that was responsible for me being made aware of his miserable existence.
