Al Qaeda says would use Pakistani nuclear weapons

There are plenty of reasons to denigrate, despise, and denounce Dear Leader. The "muslim faith" canard is most emphatically not among them.

Your words lose all merit by its repetition.

Having the credentials I carry with in my wallet and in my heart I can assure you it is not the mans faith that is in question and I am amazed at those who love to to wave a false flag and constantly claim it's either his race or religion some of us object to. It is his actions with regard to him seemingly placing his religion above the well being of the country and making decisions and taking actions the either favor Muslims or ignore them when action or a cogent response would serve the Nation and our people better. I had high hopes he would not fail because failure effects us all and not in a positive manner. So far he is a failure to me and it will take many years to undo the damage. If it is ever to be fixed by someone working for the Country and not just his own agenda.

Pakistan is weak and doing less than is needed to fight the threat. Not only that but reports of sympathy by some in population of Pakistan to al Qaeda's insurgency is not helping. The current leadership in Pakistan is weak and may not prevail in even in the short term.
Don't count on the status quo to hold for long, our shows of weakness do nothing but embolden those who would have us dead talks or no talks.
Au contraire Pakistan seams to be doing a pretty good job
Al Jazeera English - CENTRAL/S. ASIA - Pakistan 'nears Swat victory'

For Pakistan to to be doing a good job they also have to have the backing of their own people which is questionable at this point. Imagine an insurgent army coming into this country in force. Can you see our population allowing it to gain a major foot hold and spread its murderous web and control. I realize that efforts by the Mexican drug lords are trying to do just that in places along the border and as deep inside the U.S. as Oregon with a major push under way quietly under the radar in Phoenix AZ. but they will not succeed because even with Obama at the helm there enough true patriots to fight it because we have the will because of our past and faith in our form of Government if not the current administration. Those qualities are questionable in Pakistan not only from the leadership but down to the people in the towns and villages.

In Swat maybe but elsewhere I think its fair to say that most of the population are opossed to the Taliban, hence why the Islamist partys in Pakistan tend to lose elections, rarely getting more then 10% of the vote. There was even a news story posted on here a short while back about how local people drove the taliban out of a town they tried to take.

It would be tragic to ruin this favorable situation by storming in and flattening the place. We,ve already seen in Afganistan how a population largely opossed to the taliban, who played an essential role in overthrowing it, ended up on their side due to our ****ups. I would hate to see a repeat of that situation.

This is not news. Al Qaeda is not in a position to do this.
Pakistan is allied to the West.

It took anti-Afghani Pakistani militias to hault the advance of the Taliban before the Pakistani military could provide a counterattack, they won but let's not fool ourselves it is a very precarious situation there still. It is time to completely get rid of the Rumsfeld doctrine and put a whole **** load of battle hardened Iraqi veterans on the Eastern Border as the Pakistanis have finally stepped up. Iraq war is over, it is time to finish the job.

Why is it people seem to insist on making up things people didn't say and then speak out against your own made up misstatements.
I never said a word about attacking or flattening anything. This is a classic obfuscation tactic being used more every day as the truth of Obama's missteps become as a novas come to light.
