John Ensign Affair: GOP Senator admits relationship with ex-campaign staffer

Re: Ensign acknowledges extramarital affair

Im having a hard time understanding your post since your grammar is horrible.

Really? This grammarian understood his post. Maybe this says more about your reading comprehension than his grammar.

Was your comment necessary? Are you Ensign and you're pissed off because you're embarrassed that you have been caught acting in a manner you previously chastized?

Well after we dospense of the items that match, men/cheating we do to the diferences.

WTF does that mean then snooty one?

LOL I have to admit that that particular sentence is not one I can explain. :rofl

While we're waiting on a pic of Gov Sanford's South American hottie,
here's Sen. Ensign's tart:

"Inside Edition" has beaten everyone to the punch with this lovely photo of Sen. John Ensign, his wife, Darlene, and Cindy and Doug Hampton, the couple at the center of the Ensign extramarital scandal. This picture was taken in 2001 at a high school reunion.

"Inside Edition" says, "According to former classmates, Cindy Hampton (known as Cindy Barnes at the time) and the senator's wife, Darlene, were close friends in high school in California.

Will their be as much outrage from the GOP and right wing as there was with John Edwards?

Didn't this guy take to the Senate floor defending the sanctity of marriage?

Why would he discriminate against gay marriage on one hand using the sanctity of marriage argument and the violate that same sanctity.

Apparently he was "friends" with the womans husband, whom also worked for him.

There is no defense for this crapola. I don't get why these guys can't just own up to the fact that they are unhappy in their marriages and get divorces or just keep their dicks in their pants.

Re: Ensign acknowledges extramarital affair

What's wrong with promoting a moral standard even if you are unable to consistently reach that same standard?

Because of it's blatant hypocrisy. This guy voted to impeach Clinton; the least he could do was abide by his own values which he felt everyone else should abide by.

Mind you, Clinton's offense was far more grievous in that he bonked an intern, but still, this guy was a hypocrite extraordinaire.
