The Constitution was written with adults in mind, and our forefathers have ALWAYS stipulated that, to be an American citizen you must not only support the Constitutional rights of others, but be willing to accept responsibility if you say or do something that incites violence, such as yelling "fire" in a crowded theater, or stating on the radio or in a blog that such and such persons need to die. That kind of behavior is NOT covered by the first amendment. Only a baby would attempt to claim this kind of inciting violence to others as first amendment rights, because an adult knows the difference between freedom of speech and behavior that incites violence.
When you advocate taking the life or liberty of another, that is not free speech, but a crime, since you are inciting others to deprive someone else of his or her own Constitutional rights. At this point, there are many who need to accept a little responsibility as adults, and not make excuses as babies.
