I already explained that one. They wouldn't be charged if you don't know which soldiers were involved or took the photos.

Beside like I said these photos don't exist because the soilder who are report to be in these photos would have been charged and found guilty in a Military Court at the same time the original Abu Ghaid photos came out and these photos are reported to been taken at the same time.

Why would you want to get around certain rules?

Of course any photos pertaining to the issue are relevant, but would it absurd to suggest they were leaked at a different time?

Ah but according tot he Newspaper accounts the Military know who are in the photos hence goes back to my original discussion they would have been charged in 2003.

As for Female Prisoner it's Muslim Law has been for ever since the Koran was written. Beside it was US Miltary Police to keep female Prisoners in seperate Jails. The Female jail was/is located on the East Side of Bagdad.

So was/is it OK for female guards to guard male prisoners?

Technically using a government computer for personal usage to post on an internet chat board is illegal. Yes, I know people do it, but just be careful with stuff like that. If your I.T. guys are any good, they can figure it out pretty quick.

Yes under US Military Rules Male and Female Guards serve together this has and is a major problem that the Iraqie have with us and is also why after Abu Ghraid photos came out that most Female Guards were re-assigned to other duties.

And that could be where they are incorrect. They may not have the soldiers in the photos. Again, not having the whole story doesn't mean it is all false, but I am not going to say it is entirely true either. I am neutral until more comes out.

Personally, I think all the photos should be released as they are causing more problems IMO than releasing them would.

true but I use my personal laptop and never post while I'm at work trust me the system is check every 10 minute and we sign a paper saying that we will only check our email and US Govn approved websites. hell I think 90% of the Political Forum are blocked and all of the Social Sites like Facebook/Myspace are block in my work place.

NP as long as you have your bases covered, just was trying to help in case you were. We had some idiots when I was at Ft. Bragg get Field Grade article 15s because they were caught by our IT looking up porn.

I agree...releasing the photos and all of the details reguarding them will only clear the air and help the nation move on from this mess..

I can tell you right now in the end this is not going to be called Obama's secret...it just won't happen.

Oh I agree we were discussing this at work on Friday I say if they exist release them along with all the CIA Reports that Mr. Cheney wants release and let the chips fall where they do. Hell everyone already know what went on at Abu Ghraid already, as for enflaming the Muslim more what ever when they all start being part of this thing called the Human race then i will care till then oh well.(I know sort of harsh but I've seen to many things done in the name of Muslim Religion that goes against everything I was brought up to believe in)

With the imaginations of "what is exactly in those photos" there is already speculation that is prolly worse than the photos.

At this point it is better to release them IMO.

And you don't think people knowing that there are photos of soldiers raping doesn't anger and incite violence either? The difference being we don't even know if its true.

If it is bull****, release the photos and show it. If it is true, release it and charge those and draw a line under the whole incident and move on.

Scorpion I find it awful hard to believe that Dick Cheney with all of the power he had could not have and would not have released such information about his successes long ago...prior to Obama even being president.

Like i said previously, looking from a singular perspective, if your a serviceman on the ground tensions go up 'exponentially' Let it fester most troops will be out of Iraq within 18months? then release.
