Sorry, but no. You didn't want them to protest, and used the graduation as a flimsy excuse why. For someone who claims to be such an ardent supporter of the 1st amendment, you sure seem willing to put some odd limitations in its application.

Wanting them not to protest and saying they don't have the right to are two separate things. I am exercising my 1st amendments rights saying they should have chosen not to.

It's not when--it's where. They can't trespass on private property. They shouldn't be allowed to dress children up in garbage bags and have some goof in an Obama mask chase them around.

They're not only hurting the image of the Catholic Church, they're making the pro-life movement look like a bunch of crazy zealots.

Which other group uses their kids in this capacity? Oh yeah, the Westboro Baptists Church...

You're joking, right? You need to watch some videos on protests by left-leaning groups sometime. They use children as props all the time.

I was talking about protests at the college. But common sense eludes you I see. Why would I care what happense ELSEWHERE other than the college at their graduation?

You clearly said they could protest before or after the graduation. That is a time reference, and therefore it's a "when". Care to comment on that?

How does a group of Catholics protesting the presence of the abortion aficionado Dear Leader at a Catholic graduation ceremony, when the Catholic Church deems abortion a mortal sin, damage the reputation of the Catholic Church?

Seems to me that damage was done when Dear Leader set foot on the campus.

Because Graduation isn't about those that at the college, it is about the students.
