Y Why NOT just keep them there until that point?
Honestly if they redefine the incarcerations of the people to exclude "interrogation" methods AND including affording them rights of prisoners so their lawyers can see them along with family, then holding them there isn't a concern with me until the trials. However, such trials need to happen fairly quickly meaning sometime in the next year, not the next 20 years.
