Ahmadinejad at Durban II: Israel is racist government

The US pulled out of Durban II before the sad spectacle even began. Apparently, Mr. Obama also had a problem with its "reasoned, fair, and balanced" agenda. Good for him. Pulling out of this rat's nest is an unequivocal message that he does indeed intend to change the image of the US.

What on Earth are you talking about? I wasn't referring to the Durban II agenda as 'reasoned, fair, and balanced.' It was obvious it was hijacked by Iran's president and used to launch one of his vile tirades.

I was referring to the last line of PeteEU's post, which I happen to agree with. I was suggesting PeteEU was spouting rubbish: it's called sarcasm.

I don't know how or indeed why you transmogrified my remark into a suggestion that Ahmadenijad's debate is 'reasoned, fair, and balanced.' It isn't.

I thought he said Israel should be wiped off the map. That's not a threat? Also I believe there are Arabs living in peace in Israel today. How many jews live in Iran?

About 25,000 Jews live in Iran.

Wow.

I'm in agreement with Ahmedinejad.

I didn't think I'd see the day that happened.
Lol. Quite frankly, I don't think anyone is surprised that you and PeteEU sympathize with Ahmadinejad. Birds of a feather and all that.

Lol its okay Tashah, i support what your boys and the IDF are doing, i mean the Jews cannot possibly be expected to sit back and allow those arabic idiots to bomb your cities. I would like to see more sympathy from the international community, paticularly Turkey which has been one of Israels closest allies for a long time. :2wave:

Israel is racist. Maybe not as a collective unit but certainly their government and military policies are. Israel is essentially an apartheid that seems determinded to step Arabs and Jews being equal. It's almost impossible for them to get around (depending on what level of permit they have) and the jobs they have or had are considerbaly less in wage than their Israeli counterparts, or they are being replaced by East-European and Asian workers. And where the Palestinians have built mini-bantustans they're pretty sealed off from trade with other areas, which is why a Palestinian state right now would fail economically. There's also the simplest aspect of it: moving indigenous populations from their lands which Israel likes. Call it what you will - forced or simply part of some grand zionist ideal - but Israel HAS a racist system for dealing with Arabs.

Am I the only one who thinks people walking out of the racism conference because Ahmadinejad brought up racism is slightly...ridiculous? Even if he is a complete twat, which he is, they should have still listened. Walking out essentially equates to them sticking their fingers in their ears and singing Mary Had a Little Lamb. They SHOULD have forced him down with intellect and made a fool of him.
