With large red marks across his forehead, he said after refusing to answer a Border Patrol agent’s questions, they called in the Department of Public Safety to arrest him.

He said they broke the windows, deployed a stun gun on him several times, and then smashed his head into the broken glass.

He was subsequently arrested.

At his Tempe home, he showed off several pieces of bloodstained clothing and several marks from stun gun prongs on his stomach and arm.

He admits to refusing to answer the Border Patrol agent’s questions and his reason is simple.

I remember a previous thread I made of a man making his way through internal suspicionless checkpoints and being hassled. I think checkpoints that intercept you not anywhere near the border are bad ideas. So have the terrorist infiltrated the Border patrol? I can't wait for those close caption videos to come out.

(5:35) Agent whips out his nun chucks in anger
(7:45-8:00) The agent tells me in less than perfect English, "In the Border Patrol Checkpoint, the person's rights doesn't matter here."
(16:50-17:10) I'm told that the police will arrive in less than 10 minutes to arrest me
(19:00-19:40) I'm accused of being a terrorist
(26:20) I'm told that I'm free to go without being searched
