Mutilated? :doh. But then again if you consider surgery mutilation, fine. Now you can play this ball all you want, but look at any African nation with a low circumcision rate. There AIDS/STD rate is far higher. I can wager so would America's if less people circumcised. Anyway, dont bother using statistics to beat scientific facts, it doesnt work, especially if you have nothing to back it up.

Not to mention people have been chopping off the tip of their sons pecker for decades and centuries before AIDS was ever known, so AIDS is a moot argument

Is it just me, or can this list be downgraded to just 8 reasons b/c 1, 4,5, and 6 are all the same, just worded differently.

And slippery, you get a thanks x10, for having the name Slippery Slope, while posting about the lubrication of the head of the penis in a penis related thread.:rofl:lol:

#2 and #8 arent really the reason why there is foreskin though. Diapers and masturbation dont fit into the equation on why there is foreskin as I am pretty sure man, had not yet created a diaper before the foreskin, nor did masterbation create foreskin.

So really, its a list of 12, that needs only be a list of 6.

Should not the purpose of surgery and any medical treatment be to help preserve parts of the human body as long as possible - or is it to amputate normal and vital body parts of non-consenting individuals?

Zambia Police to circumcise all male recruits

The Zambia Police Service says plans are underway to introduce a mandatory circumcision policy for all male recruits.

Kamfinsa Police training school commanding Officer, Malcom Mulenga, says male circumcision will help prevent HIV and AIDS cases in the Police service.

Mr. Mulenga, says the Zambia Police Service has continued to lose qualified manpower as a result HIV/AIDS.

He was speaking when the American government handed over a Voluntary Counselling and Testing centre to the Zambia Police Service.

At the same function, Home Affairs deputy Minister, Misheck Bonshe, welcomed plans by the Zambia Police Service to circumcise male recruits.

And the United States Charge d’ Affairs for Zambia, Michael Koplovsky, said his government has set aside K1.5 billion for the construction of health centres for police officers.
