That is the gun I want most of all. Most effective zombie killer out there. There's no reason not to be allowed access to it. I have the right to keep and bear arms and that right is not to be infringed upon. Why shouldn't I be able to have the AA 12? Seems stupid that I can't.

They just go out to the range or the woods and make noise and pretend to be Rambo. Funny, I don't support the NRA because I don't think they do enough to protect our right to keep and bear arms. They seem like a watered down version of some dumbass hunting club. "Well I don't need that to hunt, so it's ok to ban" crap. I don't care if you don't need or don't want it; don't buy it then. But this isn't about your need or wants, it's about the rights and liberties of the People. The People have the right to keep and bear arms, the government infringes upon that by putting in restrictions and bans; each one an act of treason.

My owning guns affects noone, because I don't shoot people with them.

Does anyone want to define "assault weapon" because to me that seems like a propaganda term used by anti-gunners to try to qualify their ban. It's an "assault weapon"...I dare say most of these people trying to ban things have no idea what it is that they are banning

Think he's referring to the Hollywood scare legislation that came up years and years ago when the whole "teflon bullet" stuff was getting the limelight.

Hollywood put out alot scams back in the day. From the "glocks can pass airline metal detectors" to the "every gangster has an AK". Neither of which was even close to being true.

Teflon, Black Talons, Glazers, or Hurricane rounds were specialty rounds that got bad press. Not all were really AP rounds though. Pretty much putting any kind of hard core such as cheap mild steel will turn a regular round into a soft body armor piercing round, you didn't have to buy them. Likewise any round fired from a rifle can pierce a soft body armor vest using generic over the counter ammo.

Lets not even bring up the whole FN 5.7mm arguement. :3oops:

If a criminal has access to some real AP rounds or has the knowledge to make his own then thats probably the least of an officers problems.
 
Let me tell you what this whole AWB business is for Obama. It's just like closing Gitmo, there's no technical sense to it, but it's the political answer spouted in the campaign. They were just found to be in compliance with Geneva, but no matter they MUST be closed because all the loonies on the far left insisted it was bad bad bad, and run by evil Nazi-like stormtroopers. Same thing here, Obama probably doesn't know **** about "assualt weapons" but we have to reign them in because he promised the loonies during the campaign.

All bull****, no matter that you can kill many people with a semi-auto shotgun and use it for hunting too. All that matters is that the weapon LOOKS unconventional like a military weapon. You take all the bull**** off and you have a barrel and trigger just like any other gun. It's all symbolism over substance which defines liberalism.

Exactly, that's pretty much the same situation in South America if I'm not mistaken, the criminals(Cartels) are better armed than the public and law enforcement in those countries so of course they pretty much run the place.

You don't know crap about liberals or their reasons for advocating gun control. The main reason for controlling assault weapons is common sense and responsibility, but of course those motives are way beyond your reading level.

What sort of common sense gets you to the point that taking away rights and liberty, removing the responsibilities and consequences of freedom is a good thing? I want to stay away from that "common sense".
