How strange some people are, this Stimulus Bill was drawn up in it's entirety by the Democratic Party in Congress.
The only input that President Obama has with it was first of all to request that such a Bill be presented to him and second that he sign it into law.
The Chimpanzee was to my mind the one that attacked a woman and was subsequently shot dead by someone, perhaps a Policeman.
I do not see anything racial about the cartoon.
And certainly not when I, as I do believe in Darwin's theory of evolution.

The only way this could be racist is if Raymond Burris and all the other African-American congressmen wrote the whole thing. Because like you said Obama can only request the bill and sign it. I think it was meant more so as an attack on the crazy and wild nature of how the bill was just thrown together. Like that of a wild, rabid chimp.
 
I think that comparing the Congress to out of control monkeys is an apt comparison.

I agree. I wish he'd shut the hell up. As to the topic, I don't see anything wrong with the cartoon aside from the fact that I didn't find it particularly funny.

Me too. He always makes such a big deal about everything. He tries to start trouble.
