I am not sure I would trust this report, but unlike the scandal mag published under the same name in the US, this UK rag sometimes does print a version of the truth.
If it is true, the implications could be enormous.

This is coming close to crying fire in a crowded theater. Unless they can provide a shred of evidence to support their claim, they damn well better post a retraction. The only real thing they that have going in their favor is that are trash tabloid with zero credibility. Otherwise they might be held accountable for lying about something as serious as biological warfare.

First off... its Rupert Murdock owned, so it is part of the right wing propaganda machine.. well the News Corp propaganda machine.
