The other dark meat: Raccoon is making it to the table

I'd be willing to give it a shot. I need some more animals to add to my list of odd eats:

Alligator - Phenomenal
Octopus - Good, if cooked properly
Ostrich - Horrendous
Eel - Fantastic
Rattlesnake - Great
Shark - Decent
Duck - Awesome
Antelope - Fantastic

Armadillo, anyone?

Sea Urchin (uni)- Can be either excellent or it can be the most horrid thing to go in ones mouth.

Shark- Fresh caught Mako
Oysters- I eat the hell out of em... Grand central oyster bar is my second home..... Totten Virginica oysters are phenomenal like giant Kumos with a better flavor profile... If you use cocktail sauce you suck.
Octupus- Fresh not frozem grilled.
Duck- One of my favorites. Hunted duck and store duck are two completley different creatures.
Elk, venison, antelope, all great.
Escagot- Very good if done right.
Baby eels- Looks like worms eats like heaven.... Ten of the rarest and most expensive things to eat | World's Luxury Guide
Wild boar- hit or miss, when a hit, nothing better in swine.
