No matter what you hear on the webcam, it isn't what most people in the U.S. hear.

For that, people in the U.S. should be damn thankful.
 
I watched Katrina hit on a Bourbon Street webcam.
It was really eerie.
I think I saw a ghost at one point.
I don't think a man could've been out walking in those winds and that storm, but I saw one. He was just a blurry silhouette. I really do think it was a ghost.
Webcams are cool.
 
it's daylight there now... the missles/bombings are crazy!
 
It seems like I constantly hear a prop engine.

Is it a fan on the roof or a UAV?
