Laura Bush HAS to say that. After all, she voluntarily married the lying traitor!

You didn't see her or dubya encouraging their sweet little daughters to serve their country tho, did you? ;)

would you ever encourage your daughter to join the military? I wouldn't, no matter how strongly I felt about what the military was doing at the time.

Not with that idiot at the helm! :doh

It's just that I found it interesting how easy he could send thousands of people to their deaths and not blink an eye. If this was such a "good cause" you would think it would have been a good way for his daughters to serve their country. Yeah, right!

In the article Mrs. Bush said that fighting AIDS was one of Bush achievements. The problem with that is the fact that the Christian rights ideas have been able to dominate the White House policies. That for getting American aid countries and organization have to start to focus on Abstinence and condoms have to been like something only prostitute use. Free speech have also been stoped for groups receiving American aid, that if the mention the alternative of abortion they will loose their funding.

Of course USA have the right to decide how they want to spend their aid, but is rules for aid like this really the will of the American people and shouldn't it be important that the methods use works?
