Snarky reply aside.... Where do you think this money, at a state level, will come from? Let's take my state, Texas, as an example... Texas is looking at around a $5B shortfall already... We have around 3M unemployed... Where does the money for the match come from?

Social programs? Have you ever been to Texas? Where does the $1.8 Billion for matching six weeks for 3 million unemployed come from? Law enforcement? Fire? Education?

But it is easy to throw rocks at the Democrats while the GOP can't get a bill they can get through their own members in the Senate.

Certainly if Trump gets a permanent payroll tax-cut.

Conservatives want a full-filling prophecy. They want to cut the Social Security tax and then later claim Social Security is broke and should be abandoned.
