Did you bother to even read the OP? "Witnesses and police say that the motorist fired on Foster after he approached the vehicle, and that Foster did not fire his weapon" - it's in the OP, plain as day. "Manley said that the first person who appeared to fire was the driver, and then a second person (not Foster) drew a concealed handgun and opened fire on the car as it drove away."
From what he's claimed (and failed to prove) I suspect he fell victim to believing some narrative on a Reddit or Alex Jones type site while not actually bothering to check the facts. I mean how else can one go from "man in red screaming and getting everyone's attention" to "well it was one person". And the best part is he made the claim about the guy screaming on a video with nothing heard outside the car. :lamo
