Somehow they have been convinced that equality means they will have a lower standard of living. Sad to think that the only way they can succeed is by keeping others down.

also i don't believe that the mural was legally done anyway. they are simply fixing the street that someone painted on.

where are the charges for the people that put it on the street to begin with? that was also vandalism and all the crap they charged

why do you support vandalism to begin with? these people were simply fixing what someone else decided to break the law.
last time i checked the streets belonged to the taxpayers. so whose civil rights did they violate?

they were exercising their 1A rights as well.

why were the other people that did that to the street not charged?
with graffiti which is what it was to begin with?

not only are these people going to get off the city is going to pay big bucks for their stupidity.

facts say otherwise. that is the cool thing about facts.
There was another paper by a black author that showed the same thing.
that there was 0 bias in the police used of force.

there are far more white people killed by cops than blacks.

BLM doesn't care unless the shooter is a certain skin color so they need to fix their own message.
It is hard to take a group seriously when they are looting burning and killing black people and minority businesses.

you know all the stuff they say they are promoting.

they kind of send a conflicting message.

Simply fixing what what someone else decided to break the law, huh...lol... Despite that being a terribly worded attempt at a sentence, I'll ignore that and laugh at the insinuation....unless, of course, they have a history of cleaning up all kinds of graffiti all over the city.

As to why they were not charged, it's in the damn article, if you bothered to read anything:

Community members had obtained a city permit to paint “Black Lives Matter” on a street in front of a courthouse in downtown Martinez, similar to those that have been painted in Washington, D.C., San Francisco and New York City.

“The community spent a considerable amount of time putting the mural together only to have it painted over in a hateful and senseless manner,” Martinez Police Chief Manjit Sappal said in a statement on Sunday. “The City of Martinez values tolerance and the damage to the mural was divisive and hurtful.”

This is the left for you. Vandalize a statue and they look the other way. Vandalize the words black lives matter and they hunt you down and charge you with a hate crime. This is what is wrong with America today.

They should get the same sentence that the folks vandalizing Columbus and Washington statues get.
