um, no out of the top 10 states only one was California...the rest were red states. In fact, Texas Medical Center is now at 100% capacity in the ICU

Congress makes the laws. An E/O did not force auto manufacturers to come with seat belts.
The enforcement of seat belt restraints vary from state to state.

Biden's proposal, as president, would make wearing masks a law by E/O. That's unconstitutional.
Our states enforce mask wearing, and that's the way it should remain.

Biden has either forgotten what he can and cannot do or he's simply pandering for votes.

So we Congress to pass a Bill for Trump to sign. The bottom line some say its not within the Federal or State authority when in reality it is.
You are arguing procedure. I am arguing that the Feds / States have the authority and it is not against the Constitution.

Learn about the limitation of executive power vs. states' powers. It's called Federalism.

Most states are red states but Blue states are spiking as well. California, Washington, Vermont, michigan, New Mexico, Nevada, Illinois Vermont are all rising. As states open up, the infections are rising. Everyone knew this was going to happen, not sure why liberals are acting all surprised. Dont worry though, Blue states are still running away with the death toll numbers. Your lead is safe.
