Seattle auto repair shop owners John and Mason McDermott told "Bill Hemmer Reports" Thursday that police were told not to respond to their business -- despite more than a dozen 911 calls -- after a denizen of the Capitol Hill Organized Protest, or CHOP, broke in and started a fire.

"I come to find out after a couple of calls that there was a directive from the mayor's office and city council to effectively, [say that] they're not able to come and engage unless there was mass casualty," John explained. "To be honest, I don't*understand the thought process behind that."

The father and son are co-owners of the Car Tender auto repair, which sits just outside the perimeter separating the protest zone from the rest of Seattle's Capitol Hill neighborhood.

John told Fox News that they were alerted when someone smashed a window and entered*the auto shop Sunday night.

But despite calling 911 around 19 times, they claim neither police nor fire personnel ever arrived at the scene, which grew violent when protesters pushed down their fence and rushed the lot.

Mason McDermott pinned down the suspect as his father repeatedly called 911. John told Hemmer the operator alluded "they were sending someone," but finally said "they weren't going to send somebody."

The suspect reportedly stole cash and car keys. The McDermotts said "mayhem"ensued as protesters gathered outside their business demanding they release the man, whom they eventually let go.

Mason told Bill Hemmer that he has been sleeping in the shop since the incident to protect the family business, but that he fears for his safety during the night.

"All we can do is ask our elected officials [to] do what they're put up to do and we hope that they can allow our police to*show up when we call," he said.

Which makes me kinda disappointed in Trump for not immediately rounding up these anarchist terrorists. There is no excuse for a coward mayor and city council to allow a group of thugs to take over a section of their city and endanger the innocent lives who reside there.

They were more concerned with the armed peaceful protesters of Richmond and Michigan.

The armed radical liberals taking over Seattle shouldn't concern you.

This is most likely going to end with more of them getting shot and then people will start coming out of the woodwork, making more idiotic claims against protections, like the 2nd amendment.

I'm beyond petty moral concerns Oborosen. Morality doesn't exist. I want things the way I want them with no other excuse beyond them being what I desire. Why should I care anymore about lawful or unlawful? Tamir Rice's murder was lawful. Is that your standard for good or bad? Lawful means nothing more than a majority of lawmakers thought this was the way things out to be. Slavery was lawful. Raping and beating your wife was lawful. What I'm laughing at is that no matter what action white wingers take whether its lawful or unlawful is just going to turn more people against you because it's you they don't like.
 
I certainly would never take a knee to anyone, my guess is most normal Americans won't either!

It's just a matter of time before people organize a private militia and run these communists-anarchists out of there. That's if they don't eat their own young first. Trump needs to send in elite military units immediately. Live and less than lethal rounds. Start forcing them to disperse. They want to get stupid and run towards them aggressively? Double tap to their stubborn heads.

He would be prosecuted if he used a firearm. Under Democratic Party policy he had a duty to run away. He has no right to protect his property nor any right to defend himself. If he and his son could flee they had a duty to allow themselves to be murdered.

Remember the guy attacked by multiple "peaceful protesters" - one attacking him with a knife and he protected himself with a gun? They are bringing multiple criminal charges against him for violating the Democratic law that he had a duty to allow himself to be stabbed to death.
