Nothing to analyze...the cops are trained in the use of those tasers. They know the range and would know that they were out of range or not.

And the cop that shot him has already admitted he knew the taser no longer had shots to fire at them.

That's all fine and well, after the fact, when you can sit and watch the video over and over. Not when the guy aims a weapon at you and you have no time to do anything but protect yourself.

No, their training is supposed to work when they are working, :roll: and it was pretty basic. They knew the range of the taser, it doesnt take any 'analysis.'

OK, so now the point is that he could have been incapacitated by the taser and then beaten to death or .....ONLY the taser had been discharged, and he wasn't hit. So the taser was no longer a threat. At all. The officer had no reason to fear for his life or anyone's. Like he was thinking all this through in his head, making decisions and judgments as he's running across the parking lot. He made a really bad decision and shot him in the back. And then he made another one and kicked the shooting victim. That's all. How he should pay for that is all that is left. He has some history about bad decisions that we don't have all the details of yet. Maybe we should dig that out first. Maybe, this guy shouldn't have been an officer in the first place.
