Who pushed things like the Patriot Act, Real ID Act, warantless NSA searches, etc. The Right has been pushing massive abuse and expansion of power for decades now. And now we have Trump threatening the use of the US Military against the People. Why? Because he had to gas some peaceful protesters on the way to some ratings-grab photo op?

"liberals" aren't the only one's lacking broad information.

Uh, I'm having a problem with the way you're shifting ground. Conservatives have argued for and against all those, but we aren't in denial that they happened.

There are no warrantless NSA searches. It's a data base. Sources in whom I have great confidence believe it's vital to protecting the country.

And why are you still claiming that peaceful protesters were gassed?

Are you accusing the police of violating the law?

To emphasize, that you or I or anyone like or don't like the above policies can be discussed. Conservative media have discussed them for as long as they've been proposed and been around.

But you won't see conservative media or most conservatives denying the existence of these policies the way liberals completely and utterly deny the biggest abuse of power in US history that's gradually being exposed.

I haven't seen you comment on that. Why not?

I have seen zero evidence of gassing of anyone peaceful.

I did see videos of violent resistance on Fox and a report of a bottle thrown at the Attorney General of the country.

What am I denying?

The Don isn't much different than Reagan, just more blunt. So there's nothing very new or different on the right side.

Meanwhile, it's the left side who've continually shifted their goalposts. The positions they take today would be unacceptable to those on the left even just 10 years ago.

Even Obama deported people in the way today's left now decries as fascist.

By continually re-making themselves and denying it, the left have destroyed their credibility, reducing their support to just the radical fringe.
