Not sure how you decided fascism was a political crime. I am sure, though, why you hate your version of fascism over other forms of authoritarianism. You hate fascism, more, 'cause it's a political crime in your eyes.

I heard the GOP will release a complete list at the party convention.
It's mostly made up of Democrats, media lefties, Chablis-drinking libs, anyone named Clinton, men who don't wear flag lapel pins,
women who don't stay home to childcare, tree huggers, illegals, anyone with under $100K in investments, and gay folk who want to
brainwash everyone into becoming gay.

If Antifa is declared a terrorist organization and a person states that they are a member of Antifa, is that person therefore a terrorist? The question's not trivial.

Should President of the United States of America Donald Trump declare Antifa to be a terrorist organization, any of us who have been seen in the company of someone who defines him/herself as an Antifa member may be open to arrest and prosecution under a charge of conspiracy. That's one of the things which prompted my original question.

So, it is a political ideology, not in reference to what you are saying. The police were not called Fasci.....so either you made that up or you read it from some right wing blog trying to make crap up. I'm thinking Trump realizes that there is no organization known as Antifa. This gives him the ability to call any protester, peaceful or otherwise a terrorist and say they are Antifa.

you do realize that during the Civil Rights movement the Democrats became Republicans and the Republicans became Democrats right? Strom Thurmond would be a good example of that. He was a segregationist and a Democrat...a Dixicrat. He became a Republican and died a Republican many years later. One of the longest serving Republicans in the Senate. He also has the history of the longest filibuster..what was he filibustering? Civil rights legislation....what his dirty secret was is he had a bi racial child from a love affair with a black woman....he never admitted to having a biracial child, but it was determined after his death that she was his daughter.

He was the founder of fascism. He started calling himself a fascist and created the movement that took him to power...I already provided for you where they came from...stop repeating what is not true.

News flash for you! The allows constitution for changes. There is nothing wrong with wanting to change the constitution.

The Trump administration obviously is not happy with the court system. Over and over again they have wanted to be able to act without regard to the law and railed against the courts when they didn’t get their way. They also do not like or understand the concept of separation of power. Republicans have been doing everything they can to make changes to election laws. Many of those have been declared unconstitutional.

One of the first things the Trump administration did was to create a budget that would defund the police:

Where is the middle? The middle will vote Democratic. The Democrats will nominate Joe Biden a middle of the road politician. The Republicans will nominate Donald Trump a right wing nut job who has been praised many times by domestic terrorists, especially white nationalists who are the majority of the right wing terrorists. Unfortunately, the Republican Party has gone so far right that Ronald Regan would never be able to get through a primary today. Romney, an actual Republican who was the nominee for president not long ago has become an outcast because of his middle of the road views.
