Thank you for standing up for the truth.
I wonder if Dr. Birx will follow. And even more importantly, if those who continued to close their eyes against a preponderance of overwhelming evidence, will finally see the light.

"National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases Director Anthony Fauci on Wednesday became the first Trump administration official to say definitively that hydroxychloroquine is not an effective treatment for the coronavirus, based on the available data."

Thank you for standing up for the truth!

Well he has some doctors, other experts that disagree with him.

Nope, just one moron named Trump.

Fauci should tell that to Klobuchar's parents.

Some countries in the EU have removed it as treatment- WHO gave it the death knell

For a period of 15-20 years or more Fauci was the 12th/13th most cited Dr in medical papers-studies published world wide

I go with Dr. Fauci

Who are these experts?

Re: Fauci: Hydroxychloroquine not effective against coronavirus

When these "scientists" gain control of diseases like the Wuhan flu I'll start believing in them. Until then they need to stay hell out of politics.

Re: Fauci: Hydroxychloroquine not effective against coronavirus

Who are these experts?

The Mr Pillow guy is one

Re: Fauci: Hydroxychloroquine not effective against coronavirus

The vast scientific and medical world agree with Fauci.

Those deficient in critical thinking, including some professionals, disagree.

I feel so silly to have forgotten about him and his vast knowledge.

Politicians should stop trying to give medical advice and just stay out of the way while let those scientists determine public policy on pandemics.

You can usually find one or two “experts” who disagree with the international medical consensus. That’s how President Dingbat operates—make outlandish claims and keep firing people until someone agrees.

Some cats at the University of Minnesota is still tinkering around with it.

What about bleach injections? What do they say about them, I wonder.

Re: Fauci: Hydroxychloroquine not effective against coronavirus

our President is so ****ing stupid.

Re: Fauci: Hydroxychloroquine not effective against coronavirus

What's going on here?

Is this whole campaign against Hydroxychloroquine simply because Trump mentioned it?

If Trump had mentioned Remdesivir instead, then would people here be ranting against that?

Or is it the contention that there can be a pharmaceutical product that can fight Coronavirus?

I don't understand the obsession over attacking HCQ.

We know you don't.

Re: Fauci: Hydroxychloroquine not effective against coronavirus

Fauci is a completely politically neutral source with no reason on Earth to go after Trump...

So he's not allowed to converse with the other side or else he has an agenda? wow. And how on earth is he 'going after Trump?' Speaking the truth is now going after Trump? Do Tell.
Nice clip, though, thanks for sharing.

"We're all victims of the anti Trump hate!"

Or is it the contention that there can be a pharmaceutical product that can fight Coronavirus?

Yes, I'm sure that's it. The anti Trump forces will only accept an organic holistic cure.

You figured it out.

So Politico & CNN is still "this" desperate?

Wow so much stupidity in such a short post. I have a few questions. Why have you put scientists in quotation marks? Are you claiming that Fauci et al aren’t scientists? Then I see you’ve created an arbitrary standard of disease control and decided that these “scientists” have failed to met it. Who appointed you the judge of the work of scientists? Who do you think cares whether you “believe” in them or not?

Where are they meddling in politics? Fauci is just correcting another moronic claim made by Trump, a person who no understanding of science. Trump should keep his mouth shut about science and medical matters and leave these things to the “scientists”.

Effectiveness of medication is a medical/science issue, not political. The idiots making it political are the ones who need to butt out.
