I would say Franklin D. Roosevelt easily beats out Trump for most racist president in terms of actions taken against racial minorities on the basis of their race alone.

He did nothing to combat lynchings in the South, even though Southern black constituents begged him to do so, and the New Deal had provisions aimed at killing black prosperity and entrepreneurial prospects in the South. His Secretary of State Cordell Hull presided over an actively antisemitic State Department. And the less that is said of his handling of Japanese Americans, the better.

He might but he doesn't fit into the 'modern era' of history since he died in 1945 and 25 years prior to the new millennium would be circa 1975. It's fair to say that since the Civil Rights Act was passed in 1965 there may have been racist presidents, but never one so consistently bigoted and clear about his bigotry

I've explained my opinion in full and I don't need to explain any more to you. Yes, I would vote for Joe Biden. I would vote for Pee Wee Herman if he was the democratic candidate. Anything, not only anyone, but anything would be an improvement.
