Dems make big push to aid illegal immigrants amid coronavirus crisis

Sure they can. So let them contract it and spread in their own country then. Ship them the hell out of here! Don't give them checks and let them stay here. Financial aid to illegal aliens is immoral when there are millions of law abiding American citizens out of work, losing their homes, unable to put food on their own tables. This is just further proof that the democrat party is a party of treasonous snakes.

In California the governor announced closing a veterans nursing home last week at the same time he was demanding money be sent to illegal aliens. I hope voters across this nation remember this stuff come November.

If they contract the virus we should see to it that they receive treatment. Once they recover we should give them a handful of masks, a bottle of hand sanitizer and a free trip to their country of citizenship.

Yeah, I'm of the opinion that you turn them around, or round them up, let them apply for "due process" from their own countries.
They are invaders, only one way to look at it. Let them try sneaking into North Korea since they feel they have some

The party of small government and freedom, everybody! "Due process doesn't count unless I say it does, and we should be more like North Korea!" If you're such a fan of North Korea and their dictatorship, move there. This is America. We're better than that. Or at least, we're supposed to be. Not sure how much longer we can stay that way when a quarter of our population admires Kim Jong-Un.
 
I kind of lean left on this issue - I wouldn't want the cops showing up at my home taking me to jail for having driven 67 in 65 zone - if we weren't clear (prior to the Trump administration) that we were going to enforce illegal border crossings, I think the people who got these mixed messages should be given the benefit of the doubt

Not sure it's a great idea to dish out this kind of money, though - Keeping them safe is one thing, spending $1200 a piece on people who snuck across the border seems a little iffy - the reason we have immigration laws is to limit the number of people we can financially handle

While they are technically criminals, the crime of trespassing is a minor one. It doesn't make a whole lot of sense to treat them like they death-row murderers.

They are still human beings.

All human beings have individual rights, not just U.S. citizens of 100% European descent.

There is a better use of taxpayer money and that would be to lower the cost of illegal immigration by giving these people a one way ticket to their own countries
