That's fraud. If you are married you either file married filing separately or married filing jointly and it was based on previous filing not future

Christian's follow God's law. If a law on Earth isn't compatible with biblical laws you follow biblical laws. Slavery was the law as well...I suppose that was ok?

The US admits immigrants than any other country on the planet: Because we are racist. Native born pay taxes and follow the laws. They are not refused access, they are asked to follow a process. A process that is not difficult and millions manage to follow.
