What’s the purpose? Unless you have that Magic 8 ball? No one knows how SCOTUS is going to rule, unless SCOTUS justices have been bought and paid for.

You know - mortgages paid off, law school student loans paid off, credit cards and country club memberships paid for. You know - stuff like that.

Do you know of any SCOTUS justices that might have been paid off, so the president can know in advance how they are going to rule?

Because REAL constitutional legal experts know the judges' records, they know what sorts of questions to expect, they know due to the direction of their own arguments, they know because constitutional law is frequently narrow rulings that attempt to affect as little as possible.

Fake constitutional experts like Obama second guess decisions while continuously advocating for increased government power and scope.

Your position is arguing from ignorance because you can't predict it, you don't think anyone can. That isn't true. Presidents know which policies are on shaky ground and which are not because they have Constitutional experts whose job it is to study court trends and craft language that works within the Constitutional framework. Yes they are wrong sometimes, but your Constitutional law expert Obama was wrong more often than any other President.

It’s incredibly unAmerican to suggest that a General who sold his loyalty to Turkey while serving as foreign policy advisor and later made unauthorized commitments to the Russian Ambassador in secret phone calls he lied to his superiors about while serving as national security advisor is somehow the victim of anything other than his own malfeasance. And it speaks volumes that you’re more concerned about the process of finding the treason than the treason itself.

There is no other side that changes the facts. Michael Flynn is traitorous scum who sold his loyalty and influence as a General to a foreign power while he was supposed to be crafting foreign policy and lied to the Vice President about his unauthorized commitments to the Russian Ambassador while he filled the top national security role. He was fired by Donald Trump because he was a national security liability who couldn’t be trusted and it’s quite possibly the smartest thing Trump has ever done. How or why the FBI found out about it matters less than the treason itself.
