Recent information suggested the prosecution team ignored Jencks Act requirements as well as the Brady/Giglio line of case authority concerning exculpatory or favorable evidence. In many cases, the lying to the FBI is a manufactured crime that is created by the law enforcement agents and often is used in a political game of gotcha. If you question someone enough times and threaten his family enough times, you can generally get most people to "lie" even if the "lie" has no real world impact. I am also laughing at all the TDS types who were convinced Flynn was "guilty" mainly because he is allied with Trump

Do you care to explain the duties DOJ prosecutors have pursuant to the Jencks Act and the authority created by the Brady/Giglio line of cases-and if you can actually explain that, tell us if there is any reason to believe that those requirements might have been violated in what appears to have been a politically motivated astro-turf crime?
