I reported a story of a girls murder and the reasons behind it. My "agenda" as you so lamely put it has nothing to do with politics and everything to do with posting the truth and demanding a group of so called peaceful people living up to their own Bull****!

So because a few people of any group do something terrible the entire group should be labeled?

Looks like every religion in history should come forward as cold hard killers, rapists, pedophiles, hypocrites, hatemongers, brainwashers, robbers, okay.. I'll stop there. But you get the point.

I have a problem with the "Its only a few" when it occurs in every Muslim country.

Besides in the past many of the worlds religions have stepped out of the dark ages. Should we not demand that Islam comes into the same light?

If someone else disagrees with how we run our country are we wrong? or are they?

You are entitled to your opinion, but are we really to judge their ways? I don't agree with what happened and it would not stand here in America. But if they dislike the way their culture is they can always immigrate.

Why demand anything out of my religion?

Oh don't worry the religious groups that can't stand the site of a homosexual or a woman who actually enjoys sex are losing ground. Eventually they'll learn to deal, adapt, or risk irrelevancy in the future. That said those assholes aren't nearly as worrisome as the ones who are stoning folks and blinding school children with battery acid. Priorities people.

Are YOU ignorant of how the Church saved and improved literacy, saved and built upon knowledge and created a unified European community in very dark times for the continent after the fall of Rome?

The Church has done far more good than the evil you claim. The claim was made that the world would be better off without religion, but it was the Church that SAVED Europe from the worst ravages of the fall of Rome and the subsequent Dark Ages.

And we, at least the Christians know that these are far from perfect.
Man, through the Church has tried to do good down through the ages.
In many respects he has failed (being an imperfect creation)..
The atheists are ever so quick to pick up on this...could they do any better ????

I like how you reference atheists as they are the only ones that could possibly disapprove of the actions of the church.

Ask an Agnostic how they feel about religion and which ones appear (at least) to be on the right track.
