He did indeed trip over his words. But the video is also deceptively edited, and is....wait for it....fake news!

I was commenting upon the other part of your post. "Im all onboard for social media censorship." after being shown a blatant example of ACTUAL manipulation of video by Biden that twitter has no problem with. Facebook, google, they've all been shown to do the same.

I did not realize that speech impediments affected the brain. Saying your running for the US Senate during a Presidential election is not a stutter.

If it was a one time thing, it could be passed off as a slip of the tongue. It is more than that. Not sure what but it is more than a speech impediment.
