Roger Stone sentenced to 40 months in prison [W:369]

Re: Roger Stone sentenced to 40 months in prison

If you stopped using the word 'cuck' we'd be less assured in our opinions of you.

All freaks are basically the same. All the ones I've known, anyway. Attention whores. Pun intended.

Who is "We"....who are you claiming to speak for?

Do you have their proxies in writing?

Me and the frog in my pocket.

I knew that would catch your eye (no pun intended) Just didn't expect it so quickly.

I'm not a frog, and I'm not in your pocket, I'm a paid consultant for the Architect.

My guy Hawkeye isnt adhering to the program. He's a threat to the Matrix. Time to do a small reprogramming so Trump starts winning again or he'll start getting suspicious of us and think the red pill didn't work.

Brb.

Lord, are you mistaken. I used it to be specific about the words someone else was using that I was taking issue with.

Lol. I'm reading too fast. Thought you were a consultant for the Antichrist.

Re: Roger Stone sentenced to 40 months in prison

You've broken the case, my guy.

Does anyone know if Trump awards medals for this kind of detective work? If he does, you could probably be in the running. Imagine that. Someone everyone knows is in politics tweeting a political article, but not having deep knowledge of it, beyond the details that it exists and you can post a link on twitter.

I bet she was an expert in Stone's innocence and used her deep knowledge of it to turn the opinions of every other contributor to what was an UNANIMOUS decision.

Lmao.

Yawn. Your tactics are poor and repetitive. Do you always get defensive when you ask for evidence and someone provides it?

Re: Roger Stone sentenced to 40 months in prison

So, you are saying that the 30k emails were all personal?

That is what Hllary said they were and that was her prerogative. That is if we still live in a country where no one is guilty without evidence.

It's been awhile, so I've forgotten. What exactly do Trumpists think was in those emails? Other than politics, that is.

... okay, so you've downgraded from being concerned with due process to completely ignoring that none of your Twitter gossip has any relationship to the process that led to an unanimous conviction of Stone... and now pretending everyone who keeps pointing out your story's plot holes is in defense mode and making stuff up.

That's something. See you when the next Trump guy gets convicted or goes to prison. Make sure to bring whatever the Federalist is saying on that hot Twitter gossip then.

Has anyone noticed that the only person who has been left off this mess is Cory Lewandowski? Poor Cory.

Too dangerous to ever be involved in any of this crap. One drink and that guy would sniiiiiiiitch like his last name is Tekashi

By that logic, Trump is clean as a whistle and should never be investigated again.

According to him and every Fox Noise bobble head!

Re: Roger Stone sentenced to 40 months in prison

On her personal twitter:

View attachment 67274147
Her voir dire:

She posted multiple indictment details AND a link to the actual indictment. It can easily be demonstrated this is false. Appeals have been granted for a single juror lying during voir dire, but a foreperson?

Where did she post "multiple indictment details and a link?"

What you posted above is part of a story she Tweeted. What appears on her personal Twitter is.....a link. She didn't screenshot that part of the story, which also included everyone in Trump's orbit who was indicated, and that's a lot of people.

And she says she closely follows politics on social media. That's consistent with someone who closely follows politics given how thoroughly Mueller dominated politics for years. What you cannot find is any detailed knowledge of Stone other than, yes, he was indicted, and yes, he was part of the campaign, which she admits knowing in that voir dire.

Does she indicate somewhere that she knew he was a rat****ing liar, or that he was Assange's backchannel? No.

Re: Roger Stone sentenced to 40 months in prison

1 month maybe 2 before she makes a decision not granting a new trial??

3-5 months for the intake of Stone - legal - medical delays that delay the process, Stone is special, right?

So using lower numbers - 1 -3 =4 months - that takes us to Jun

Using max numbers, 3-5 = 8 months that takes us to November

My opinion is the judge will rule quickly, under the month, then the DOJ intake procedures, date he goes to prison of which I have not a clue about but understand the higher average for that is in the 3 month range

I hope you're right. The way things have been going now though trump has been pardoning the swamp, not draining it. I doubt Stone will ever see the inside of a prison on trump's watch.

Re: Roger Stone sentenced to 40 months in prison

Thankfully, chances are that stone will receive a commutation or pardon by December of this year. Till then, in one form or another, he is a political prisoner of a system gone ape**** over Trump and his minions "bad attitude" towards the faux virtuecrats in the establishment.

Sure.

And all those drug dealers weren't selling drugs.

They were providing critical relief from the crushing weight of reality.

They should be getting medals, right?

I agreed with you that the original reccomendation was on shaky grounds and learned that the Guidelines are no longer mandatory.

But even the articles you sent me to said that what he actually ended up with was "appropriate".

Are we just down to "It's Ok To Break Laws For Trump!" (Sung to the tune of "It's Ok To Cross Dress For God!)?

Re: Roger Stone sentenced to 40 months in prison

Other liars that got of lighter... Comey, McCabe... Stone's sentence doesn't look so light compared to them. Well, they may not be out of the woods yet.

Will it be from the seventh or fifteenth investigation?

All the above post tells me is you didn't follow the link and look at the bottom where the indictment is linked. Don't play ignorant if you aren't going to even look at what is posted.

She posted a LINK, to a story by NPR. That's it.

I don't care what YOU think that shows, but not everyone is gullible enough to believe it shows some extensive knowledge of Stone, or that it shows she was dishonest, or that it even shows she read the indictment. Do you think everyone clicks on every link in a story? Do you think everyone reads past the headline? If you think either is true, you're very uninformed about how we consume news. Here's a story - 55% of people who click an article spend 15 seconds or less reading it.

Did you click on that link? How about this link in the story? This one? No? How about this link? Or this one? This one? Here's one from the NYT. You read it all I am sure.

Well, if you quote my comment, using your theory, we can assume, the law must assume, that you read the entire article I linked, every word, and that you read every word of every article linked in it!! Does that sound reasonable? :2rofll:

It's the equivalent of showing someone with a copy of a newspaper, and assuming they read every story on every page. What SHE did was post a link to an NPR article. That's it. And when you add the other Tweet about the arrest, you've exhausted her entire social media history of posts about Stone.

Jasper, this willful ignorance bull**** is going a bit far. You didn't look at the NPR story did you? At the bottom of the story it has a link: read the indictment.

She knew about Stone's arrest, knew about the indictment, posted about it the day after the no knock raid, and was rabidly anti-Trump. Clear evidence of bias and it can easily call into question her responses in voir dire.

OK, you just quoted me, and so you quoted a link to a primary story. Since you did that, we can assume you read that entire article, AND every link in that primary article. If not, it's just willful ignorance bull****, to use your term.

For the rest of the world, here's her tweet.

Screenshot of it:

Screen Shot 2020-02-21 at 9.56.07 AM.jpg

So what we know is she posted a link to a very long article that discussed many indicted/arrested/convicted Trump minions, among them the recent arrest of Roger Stone. Did she read that entire article? Who knows? Did she read every link in that article? Doubtful, but we have no way of knowing what if anything she read beyond the headline.

For the record, here's just a few of the links in that article

Mueller Report Finished After Probe Into 2016 Election Interference : NPR
https://www.justice.gov/file/1124706/download
Roger Stone, Trump Confidant, Indicted In Robert Mueller Investigation : NPR
Roger Stone Pleads Not Guilty In D.C. Federal Court Following Florida Arrest : NPR
https://www.npr.org/2018/05/22/6133...ne-rejects-what-he-calls-scheme-to-silence-hi

That's just for Roger Stone.

Manafort: 8 links
Cohen: 6 links

Etc.

So according to your theory, if you quote me, the law must assume you read the entire NPR story, every word, and the 5 links in the Stone section, the 8 links in the Manafort section, the 6 links in the Cohen section (and dozens more for the others in that story), and so you are an expert and deeply knowledgable about all three of those cases, because you've read all those links, including every page of all the court filings!!

Of course that is idiotic, but that's your argument.

She lied about knowledge of Stone and the details of the case. She tweeted the indictment the day after it occurred. She was following it closely.
Turley certainly has a problem with her actions and believes Stone is entitled to a new trial

Napolitano weighed in and he is also claiming Stone is entitled to a new trial
