Let's keep on funding that wall. We spend billions while the Mexicans spend $5.30.

"Smugglers in Ciudad Juárez, Mexico, are now scaling the southern border wall using inexpensive “camouflage ladders” that blend in with the barrier’s upright bars, U.S. Border Patrol officials have told the El Paso Times.

The ladders are made of cheap rusted rods of 3/8th-inch rebar with thinner poles that hook over the barrier at the top — and narrow metal cross “steps.” Used ladders litter both sides of the barrier — or are left hanging on the wall because they blend in with the upright bars or screens of the barrier and are difficult to spot, according to the newspaper.

“Somebody is making money off those ladders,” border agent Joe Romero told the Times, pointing to a ladder that had been discovered by an eagle-eyed colleague and destroyed. The ladders began making an appearance last May, he said.

Twenty feet of rebar used in the ladders costs 99 pesos — about $5.30 — at a hardware store in Juarez, according to the El Paso Times."

Sending the border patrol agents to interior sanctuary cities isn't going to help stop the rebar ladders from going up.

I don't know about nefarious, but they work well to allow people to climb over the wall, unscathed.

My thread, my border policies. This has nothing to do with the policies of any political party. I'm for open borders.
 
Trump said yesterday that the black spray paint makes the wall incredibly hot, especially the parts along the Mexican border.

Alligators don't hit something they can't swallow because they swallow food whole. They're not territorial against other species. They only hit to eat (or defend a nest, which is an obvious thing to see). We'd only be killing the children.

If crocs or gators don't live in the area naturally, they can't. Crocs require very warm water to reproduce and only exist in the continental US in the cooling canals of the nuke plant Turkey Point in South Florida. Kinda funny that a nuke plant saved them. Sometimes they enter the Bay and swim along the coast. They are very rarely sighted.

The sex of a new born Alligator depends on temperature. Thus, the temp must be within a certain range allowing for nests to be modified by the mother so as to produce male or female alligators. If a place is generally too hot or too cold, only one sex will be produced.

Either that (expensive and ineffective plan) or an eVerify mandate (coupled with federal income tax law changes) to deny US employers (aka job creators) the ability deduct the direct labor costs of workers who do not have current (annual) eVerify certification.
