No, he was not found not guilty. The DOJ decided not to press charges. However there is still the Durham report to come and which involves criminal activities, and McCabe fits into that.

Durham has not even shared what he has found in the FISA abuse case yet so McCabe could not possibly have been tried by a jury yet in that case.

Nobody knows who will be charged when Durham finishes his investigation. It does not look good for Comey and McCabe, however.

It could be that Durham will not press charges against those who deliberately deceived the FISA court, but I don;t think he will pervert justice that way since so much public scrutiny is on this case. Unlike Obama protection for crooked democrat prosecutors in the past, Trump will not provide cover and protection for perversion of justice in this case.

Let's hope so, if they are innocent. But whoever did deceive the FISA courts for political reasons should be made to answer for their crimes, at least as severely as prosecutors want Stone to answer for his.

The only thing they are 'guilty' of is doing their jobs. The only possible 'political'' act to deceive or fudge a FISA application was allegedly committed by a low level DOJ lawyer. Whom I'm sure Comey or McCabe had never even heard of. Carter Page is not and never was the nexus of the Russia investigation. What Roger Stone did went well beyond the pale.

LOL! They never had any charges to press. The grand jury returned a no bill and you had a federal judge loudly demanding to know just what the hell it was that the government was up to in regard to Mr McCabe.

Have you ever noticed how democrats tend to justify democrats no matter how much evidence exists of their wrongdoing while democrats also condemn republicans no matter how little the evidence of any crime?

You're only mentioning 20% of the story.

The 'Russia Investigation' involved he 'Steele Dossier' which everyone, apart from the FISA Court, knew to be false. Carter Page is now suing for millions, and rightfully so, and so will several others. Lindsey Graham will call four Carter Page FISA signers to testify before the Senate

Have you noticed how many allegations democrats have leveled against Trump and then to impeach him for nothing? Not a single crime was detailed in the House impeachment.

Trump is corrupt. You know why he was impeached, and you know it wasn't nothing. It's done. Stick a fork in it. You can stop with the "not one crime" diversion. Nobody cares.
