We know this to be a fact. Plenty of brain scans exist. A transgender woman is born female.

Brain scans occur at birth of all children thus enabling a second scan when a person transitions to see if there is consistency?

You agree it's not a choice. You agree transgender people are born that way? That's what science tells us. Science tells us a transgender woman's brain is born female.

Your "brain scans" objection is stupid. We don't need baby brain scans to know gender dysphoria is biological and neurological. We know a transgender woman's brain is born female. Thus, we know a transgender woman is born female.

Now, you can say she's born half and half. Or you can decide one half is supreme. Ultimately, the question becomes one of mind and body, and which rules over the other. In virtually all cases, we place mind over body. We consider the mind to control the body. We consider the mind superior to the body. As such, transgender women are born female.

It's not a Red Herring. It's something anyone, especially a transgender person, should know.

Being transsexual is a choice; that is, having surgery is a choice. Being transgender is gender dysphoria, which is not a choice.

No it doesn’t.

It’s irrelevant that most transgendered athletes don’t win. No one ever said winning, even for a transgendered athletes, is easy. It still requires lots of hard work. Just like you don’t shoot yourself of full of steroids and get strong just like that. Hard work is still required.

The fact however remains that transgendered athletes have muscloskeletal, hormonal and cardiovascular advantages conferred by birth, that the rest of the field doesn’t and that gives them an unfair competitive advantage.

I don't care what her brain is... her body is that of a boy and gives them an unfair advantage against actual biological girls.

That is the pathetic counter argument... "gee! they are not all winning everything" so I like to point out that it affects the girl that sucks at sports but tries and that consequently does not make the team just as much as it affects the girl that comes in second at the Olympics.
