HARTFORD, Conn. (AP) — The families of three female high school runners filed a federal lawsuit Wednesday seeking to block transgender athletes in Connecticut from participating in girls sports.

“Mentally and physically, we know the outcome before the race even starts,” said Smith, who is the daughter of former Major League pitcher Lee Smith. “That biological unfairness doesn’t go away because of what someone believes about gender identity. All girls deserve the chance to compete on a level playing field.”

Does that happen when Trump is intruding into beauty pageant dressing rooms when the young girls are naked or some other time?

No transgender person has ever won a sporting event of any significance and one probably never will. Perhaps 1% of people are transgender. Perhaps 1% of transgender people are athletes. Of transgender athletes, perhaps .01% will ever make it to the professional level. Transgender people do not exist in significant enough population to ever affect any sport. If a transgender person ever wins a significant event, it will change nothing and signify only a greater acceptance of transgender people.

The suit is fear-mongering and hate. There's no real issue.

So your advice to the girls that lose in their sporting events to sexually masked boy competitors is that because these faux women won't win the Olympics they should let it go?

SEX discrimination is prohibited by interpretation of the Bill Of Rights and specific federal laws. Those have NOTHING to do with social gender identification. SEX is biological, not psychological. It is a good lawsuit.

You aren't the arbiter of what qualifies as a 'significant sporting event', are you? That sounds vastly more sexist and bigoted than the young women who've filled this lawsuit. High school and college athletics are important in these women's lives, and therefore they are significant.

Secondly, at least one woman had her skull fractured by a transgender athlete who is biologically male, during a sporting event, which demonstrates the need for women to not be forced into competing with men.

Women's rights shouldn't be trampled upon. Period. Men should not be allowed to intrude upon women's athletics.

That's a lie. Many females have lost championships to faux females. This costs them athletic scholarships to college and costs them a professional athletic career.

This came about because FINALLY some women were earning good money in athletics, though not as much as males by far.

Some Democratic MEN couldn't stand it. They claim that ALL athletic scholarships and profession athletics should be limited to genetic males.

Please, please, please Democrats push this totally trashing of females against in this election. That was THE #1 issue here (Natural Coast of Florida) that delivered the greatest landslide victory - numbers and percentages - for a Republican in political history here. EVERY Democrat was thrown out of office and the numbers so huge it won Florida for Trump.

Just keep hating of females claiming genetic males are superior in every way to females and therefore should get ALL the athletic money. Despite all the constant lie ranting that women are paid less, the Democratic Party wants female athletics to get $0 professionally and ZERO athletic college scholarships. They particularly like this for wrestling and boxing so they can get their rocks off watching men beat up women.

Tell that to the ACTUAL girls losing their collegiate scholarships. Tell that to the ACTUAL women losing their sponsors. Tell that to the ACTUAL woman who had her f***ing skull broken by that freakshow fallon fox. If there is no issue then they can go compete in the men's/open divisions.

They argue that allowing athletes with male anatomy to compete has deprived them of track titles and scholarship opportunities.
