I doubt he'd use the IRS. Isn't that a US Gov't entity? Doesn't he distrust all US gov't agencies?

There are only three impeached presidents in United States history, meaning only three presidents have been charged by the House of Representatives with committing "high crimes and misdemeanors." Those presidents are Andrew Johnson, Bill Clinton, and Donald Trump.

To date, there has not been a president removed from office using the impeachment process. Andrew Johnson and Bill Clinton were not convicted by the Senate,

How do you think that will happen? The US gov't has it's own currency.

But anyway, I suspect what will happen is just as what is happening now with the impeached president. We will run bigger debts, unless there is a want to increase gov't revenue enough to not run up larger debt.

Well I would say the dems - particularly the DNC - are dealing with their own internal corruption over Iowa so they're nit necessarily doing the 'lord's work' either. Nevertheless Trump is going after his political opponents using the tools of government which is undemocratic and unconstitutional - in fact it is just what he was impeached for. To say the dems brought it on themselves by doing their duty and impeaching him is both blaming the victim (as I pointed out earlier, the language of domestic abusers) and giving the president a pass to misuse the power of his office yet again.

Built into that question is the assumption it is all due to Trump and without him it would collapse. I do not subscribe to this.

The Dow continued to climb under Obama and my retirement fund benefitted as much then as it does now, which is to say a little since I'm not a freaking doctor or airline pilot. I'm confident Trump has little to do with it: the so-called Trump Bump, if real, is negligible. However that's not how I make my money off Trump's presidency anyway. Nevertheless it's a sacrifice I'd make to see more lives improve and a madman removed from an office he is unfit to hold.

Im willing to risk having healthcare as a public service yes in fact im pushing for it. Yes im willing to “risk” the continuing trend to get rid of twump.

Still, Trump’s deficits have given the economy — and Trump’s political fortunes — a lift in the short term. And that fact should bother you, a lot.

Put it this way: Republicans used the pretense that they cared about fiscal responsibility to engage in de facto economic sabotage as long as a Democrat was in the White House. Then they abandoned the pretense and opened up the spending taps as soon as one of their own was in power. And far from paying a price for their duplicity, they are being politically rewarded.

So you believe it is federal taxpayer responsibility to fund your healthcare, got it, typical entitlement mentality you have. You have no idea who funds all those "free" programs you believe exists

As for twump, i’d suggest the government to force him to forfeit all of his businesses to be taken over by those who actually work there, aka the real people who make that fat slob’s fortunes possible, aka the workers ;).

The IRS is no longer a government entity. It is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Trump, Inc.

But from what has transpired recently trump may be just what he said. Immune to any sort of prosecution. Kind of disconcerting when you think of trump with no checks and balances.

Those programs were supposed to be self funded by payroll taxes. Those wonderful bureaucrats that you support abused the revenue by "borrowing" from the fund and never paying it back making it close to a Ponzi Scheme today. My lazy ass paid into the fund for 35 years and still am paying Medicare premiums in retirement. You keep buying what the left is selling you and keep letting them make a fool out of you, your choice

Americans won't punish the DNC, they'll be punishing Trump and the RNC.

Trump's corruption and dishonesty has been fully exposed to the American people. As he goes on his vengeance spree, Americans will be more than turned off, they'll be disgusted, just as they were by Nixon.

The more Trump acts like Trump, the less human and reasonable he seems. It's really hard to get ahead when you spend all of your time getting even.
